Noxolo Mthethwa is a strategic problem-solver who envisions smart solutions and executes with urgency across all levels of organisations, especially in Provoker Holdings, a publishing, distribution, content development, media planning and buying company that she founded, which employees more than 300 people. She Chairs the Emmanuel Biyela Educational Foundation, and is actively involved in the leadership of Future Brand, Presidential Youth Council and HEDA; also invested in various companies and a farm which she owns.
At Midrand Graduate Institute, Noxolo was introduced to Bcom Accounting, and later received a partial scholarship to study at the University of Glamorgan, little did she know that these experiences were not just going to make a Chartered Accountant of her but teach her to be more accountable for other people, this very philosophy has made her a nation builder, Activator and Change Driver.
She mentors young people across different backgrounds, and founded The Provoker Newspaper which is very instrumental in keeping the youth informed, stimulated, provoked and propelled for growth; a Cherie Blair Foundation Mentee and consultant.
Noxolo is the Chairman of the Education Committee within Generation Ultimate.
